Tanning Technology Corporation was an IT solutions provider that specializes in assisting companies in providing service-level-assurance solutions, integrated-channel solutions, performance-testing evaluations, and securities trading and cross-border trading solutions for large transactional databases, CRM, and terabyte-sized informational architectures. 

Marketing consultant — Miki Tolle performed market research, analysis, and recommendation across marketplace verticals including financial services, insurance, and commercial.

Miki Tolle was required to assess, evaluate, and perform use-case analysis on a sales and marketing internet application solution (Salesforce) and provide documentation process and use instructions.  Mikie Tolle also wrote and developed various scripts for use in telemarketing; in many cases she also participated alonside the telemarketing team. 

Miki Tolle researched and conducted list acquisition, management, and deployment of various campaigns, including direct mail, email, telemarketing, and promotions.  She also worked closely with business-development managers (sales) to develop target lists, strategies, and campaigns.
