Quark, Inc. provides desktop-publishing and dynamic-publishing software that helps customers design and publish richly designed communications across a broad spectrum of media. Two decades ago, their flagship product, QuarkXPress, changed the course of traditional publishing.
North American marketing manager — At Quark, Inc., Miki Tolle was responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans and campaigns for the B2B and B2C end users. All encompassing, these were developed to be delivered across verticals and to channel partners in both the commercial and education marketplaces. Each campaign provided for additional focus on print, web, online, banners, and email marketing integral components of these efforts.
Miki Tolle was actively involved in the web campaign and page creation from participation in site architecture, drafting wire frames, writing and editing copy, selecting graphics, reviewing interim phases, and approving final approvals.
In many cases partners were engaged and leveraged including a Microsoft® Gold Partnership, wherein Miki Tolle managed several joint marketing efforts; ranging from mini-email campaigns to a successful joint webcast presentation.
In cooperation with Apple® and the premium partner status, Miki Tolle engaged in several joint efforts, including special campaigns through Apple resellers and direct promotions through the Apple online store and retail stores across the country.
