Responsible for the successful project management of 20+ fully-integrated, global marketing programs involving hundreds of associated campaign assets, meeting multiple and concurrent deadlines while overcoming ever-changing requirements. These associated campaign assets included: online, ecommerce, email (ELOQUA), landing pages, forms, ads, event listings, PR, and direct mail, with the primary focus on e-marketing efforts. One of the largest programs currently is the Ecommerce Pilot, which involves multi-channel testing along with multi-element testing within channels with the anticipation of solid confirming results to be implemented in future marketing programs to ensure success and deliver increased sales revenue globally and across all commodities. Works closely and interacts with global field marketers, product marketing managers, information management, IT, creative/design, SEO/SEM manager, and marketing research to facilitate and ensure the successful development, deployment, execution, and reporting on these programs.

  • Quark, Inc. provides desktop-publishing and dynamic-publishing software that helps customers design and publish richly designed communications across a broad spectrum of media. Two decades ago, their flagship product, QuarkXPress, changed the course of traditional publishing.

  • IHS is the largest information company in the world, with its headquarters location in Englewood, CO. IHS is a re-publisher of public information (except for exclusive contracts with industry standards bodies). All information is re-invented in various forms; hardcopy, CD-ROM, internet, intranet, and extranet, and sold on a subscription basis to both the federal government and private businesses worldwide.

Miki Tolle was responsible for designing, developing, and executing all marketing activities for the three product lines/solutions assigned: industry standards, telecommunications, and petrochemical markets. She worked with the internal creative-services team, outside graphic designers, and ad and public-relations agencies to design, develop, write, and deploy each market place brochure, collateral, specifications sheets (generally requiring limited HTML for online posting), public-relations announcements, direct-mail pieces, and advertising. Miki Tolle was also responsible for product naming, trademark, registration, and logo development. She played a key role in working with product management to develop and strategically align collateral, user guides, campaigns, promotions, and tradeshows for their specific target marketplaces.
